Catering Services & Policies

We are always willing to do custom menus for our clients and view our catering menu as a starting point. Please feel free to ask about other items that may be available. We use only the freshest ingredients available, so you'll always find something special on the menu.

We can provide dishes, silverware, glassware and linens at additional cost plus a delivery charge. We can also arrange for tables, chairs, grills, tents, etc.

Our servers are available at $25.00 per hour per server ($37.50 on evenings and weekends). Chef services are $45.00 per hour. Our servers take care of delivery, set-up, event service, and clean up. There is a four hour minimum per server.

Applicable sales taxes and an 18% service charge are added to all catering menus and services (service charge is used to offset administrative/breakage/wear costs).

Delivery is available on all items. Charges vary with time and distance. Please call.

A non-refundable fee of $250.00 is required to hold any event booked 3 months or more ahead. This fee will be applied to your final balance due.

HALF OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT IS REQUIRED IN ADVANCE. THE BALANCE IS DUE ON DELIVERY.

Should you need to cancel your scheduled event, we require a seven-day notice for a refund of any payments made (except the $250 fee). Cancellations made less than seven days prior to the event forfeit any payments made.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, company and personal checks. A 4% credit card processing fee does apply. We can also invoice rated firms. Terms are available to rated firms. All charges must be paid within 5 working days of receiving our invoice.

All prices are subject to change. Final charges are based on actual attendance and actual consumption. Prices do not include sales tax or gratuities.
